Build strength through bad-form volume
You need to accumulate enough bad-form volume to trigger adaptation. Perfect form limits your reps and total workload. By allowing a controlled decrease in form, you extend sets and increase total volume. That is what builds real strength.
Protect your joints and lock in perfect form
Volume without conditioning leads to injury. Conditioning strengthens your joints and teaches correct activation through perfect form. This is what makes your strength stable and transferable.
Remove fatigue and unlock performance
High volume builds fatigue that suppresses performance. A deload reduces volume for a few days up to a week to allow recovery. Without deloads, volume leads to fatigue. With deloads, strength can finally express itself.
Make the right decisions at the right time
All pillars rely on intuition. It allows you to adjust volume, conditioning, deloads, reps, and sets based on your condition. Structure gives direction. Intuition gives precision.
